1. Who we are

Digital Success 365 (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website digitalsuccess365.com (the “Site”). If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@digitalsuccess365.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information we need to operate and improve the Site.

  • Information you give us: If you email us or use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
  • Information collected automatically: Like most websites, we and our service providers collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring website, and the date and time of your visit.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: Small files stored on your device that help the Site function, measure traffic, and, where applicable, show relevant advertising.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or account numbers.

3. How we use your information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Site and its content.
  • To respond to your questions, feedback, and correction requests.
  • To understand which articles are most helpful through aggregated analytics.
  • To measure the effectiveness of our advertising and affiliate partnerships.
  • To protect the Site against fraud, abuse, and security threats, and to comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information. Where advertising cookies are used, this may be considered “sharing” under some U.S. state laws; see Section 8 for how to opt out.

4. Advertising and third-party cookies

We may display advertisements served by third parties, including Google. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites on the internet.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of many third-party vendors’ use of cookies by visiting aboutads.info/choices. To learn more, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

We may also use measurement tools from advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) to understand how visitors arrive at our Site from our own advertisements. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies. You can manage your Meta ad preferences in your Facebook account settings.

5. Analytics

We use privacy-conscious analytics services to understand overall traffic patterns, such as which pages are visited most often. This information is reported in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

6. Affiliate links

Some links on the Site are affiliate links. When you click one, the destination website may set a cookie to record that you came from our Site. That website’s own privacy policy governs any information you provide to it. See our Earnings & Affiliate Disclosure.

7. Managing cookies

Most web browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work. Choosing to block cookies on one browser or device does not apply to others you use.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
  • Ask us to correct or delete your personal information.
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA. Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights. Visitors from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@digitalsuccess365.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out request where required.

9. How long we keep information

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and for reasonable record-keeping, typically no longer than 24 months. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.

10. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections, to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Site.
